Refund and cancellation policy
The deployment time of a server is 24 to 48 hours. The refund policy is not applicable to some countries which are specially mentioned in the services.
Misuse and abuse of our services are strictly prohibited.
If you have made a payment more than one time by mistake, the second time payment is not refundable. Any refund which will be credited will be stored in the vedawebhost account instead of being credited to your personal account.
Any illegal misuse of this agreement will waive your right of getting a refund.
Vedawebhost reserves all the rights with themselves of accepting or declining the refund.
It is hereby notified that if any credit that you have in your vedawebhost account is non-refundable. You can use this refund amount while purchasing the Other services from us.
All refunds including the fees created with the primary or additional services are at the sole consideration of vedawebhost.
We do not allow any type of spanning and bulk mailing from our services except the service bulk email server.
If any user finds doing suspicious activities with their services, the service will get suspended or terminated, and the end-user will not be able to get a refund.
If you want to add any kind of additional features you need to pay an additional charge for it.
Vedawebhost reserves all the rights to discontinue customer service anytime. If the service is terminated due to the violation of any policy there will be no grant of refund.
Customers have the right to cancel their service orders as per the terms of the service level agreement. Also, ask for the termination of the service at the time of the end of their billing cycle.
If the account of the customer is terminated due to payment issues. Vedawebhost has the exclusive right to delete all the client information from the hosting without any prior notice.
Cancellation request must be submitted from the web host’s official website online.
